I am Minna Valonen, change management professional, management developer, coach, consultant, trainer and long-term HR expert.

I have versatile HR expertise: I have been in management positions building the organisation’s strategy, being responsible for implementing the strategy and implementing measures for strategic change and their success, developing the company’s operating methods and management related to various themes, and coaching managers and entire organisations. I have been responsible for several integrations related to organisational arrangements. I have strong expertise in organisational business development, human resource management, communications and strategic HR.

I am energetic and inspiringand involve people in working towards a common goal. As a coach and as a person, I am goal-oriented, determined and solution-oriented. I am an accredited resilience coach, i.e. change facilitator trainer and an ACC-certified business coach. I have strong interpersonal, organisational and facilitation skills.
