I was a project manager in our organisation’s internal project, where Minna was as the expert. Minna has an uncomplicated way of being present in a situation, whether it is a video conference, a telephone conversation or a face-to-face meeting. During the project, we were able to utilise her knowledge and expertise in many ways.
